Dr. Thomas C. Fiest is a Board Certified Internal Medicine & Gastroenterology Specialist. With Drs. Rajiv Uppal and Steven A. Gorcey, two other board certified gastroenterologists specializing in endoscopic procedures, he is a Partner of Monmouth Gastroenterology of Eatontown and Long Branch, NJ.

Licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, Dr. Fiest is former Chief of Gastroenterology, and is currently Chief of Endoscopy at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Gastroenterology Association, the American College of Gastroenterology and the American College of Physicians.

A graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, as an undergraduate Dr. Fiest spent a summer at Ohio State University where he was the recipient of an NIH-URP grant in biochemistry. He earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where two years prior he received a Best Paper award from the American Osteopathic Association of Rehabilitative Medicine. His residency experience includes a rotating internship at the Hospital of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, a Medical Residency at Monmouth Medical Center and a Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Jersey City Medical Center integrated with Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center.

Dr. Fiest performs the majority of his outpatient procedures, including Colon Cancer Screening, at Advanced Endoscopy and Surgical Center (AESC) in Eatontown, New Jersey.
