The medical staff amazing the front end not so much. Poor attitude. I work in healthcare and I understand day to day stressors in a busy practice but the attitude I was given when asked if my very awake alert and oriented 40 yr old husband could be walked out considering a few hours earlier I was put in a brace for an injury and was told at drop off they have no issue doing that. She was just a snoot who obviously couldn’t be bothered. She was so offended by my request you would think I was asking to drive him home vs someone just walking him to door. This is their policy that the patient needs to be escorted out.
